       Mike Q-Ball Houlihan a Black Market Records / Universal Music Group Ingrooves recording artist and legendary dexterous bass player known for his creative bass lines, performance skills and songs to include Sublime LBC, Snoop Dogg, Berner, Bad Azz and more. Mike Q-Ball Houlihan was the bass player for Sublime LBC Tribute performing tribute to the songs of Sublime & Bradley Nowell and Sublime for nearly 10 years throughout the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zne5oddYNKY . Mike Q-Ball Houlihan was an acquaintance to the late Sublime singer Bradley Nowell and participated in some bassline creations during the making era of the Sublime Robbin The Hood record. Mike Q-Ball Houlihan however did not participate in any musical collaboration with Eric Wilson or Bud Gaugh and was not one of the Eric, Bud, Bradley trio.

Mike Q-Ball Houlihan has created bass lines for and or collaborated in songwriting, recording and performing with the groups or members of the groups Sublime, Snoop Dogg, Smash Mouth, White Zombie, The Off Spring, Guns N Roses, Berner, The Killers, Green Day, LiL Eazy E, Bad Brains, Tribal Seeds, Tha Dogg Pound, Kurupt, Sco, Jane's Addiction and long time friend "Larry Q-Ball Black" the rap artist and co writer of the Q-Ball Song on the Sublime Robbin The Hood record.

Mike Q-Ball Houlihan was the owner of the Berner / GoldToes song's "Cali Weed" and "Cookies & Cali Town" in which he co wrote and also performed bass and chorus vocals on. Mike Q-Ball Houlihan still owns the song "Cookies & Cali Town" but has removed Berner from the song leaving featured artists Gary Dread of The Movement, Sweaty DUD and Mr Stinky. Currently in 2023 Mike Q-Ball Houlihan has sold his rights and interest in the Berner song Cali Weed to Berner and Gold Toes.

Mike Q-Ball Houlihan was also a large long time music festival / concert producer with long history of booking venues including The Vex LA, The Fleetwood LA, Fender's Ball Room Long Beach, 5902 club / Night Moves Huntington Beach, Spats HB, Waters Club San Pedro, Sun Dance Film Festivals Park City Utah "Harry O's", Owner & Producer of Hemp Fest Las Vegas, licensed to Costa Rica, licensed to Puerto Rico as well as partners with Seattle HempFest, also Smoke & Grooves Fest, and more.

In the 80s Mike Q-Ball Houlihan had bought out his long time partner "Monk" Mark Wilson and purchased 100% of the recording rights of the group Social Distortion and their catalog of Social Distortions first three records. Mike Q-Ball Houlihan quickly signed a deal with new partners Triple xxx records and re-released Social Distortion's recordings to the newly introduced CD. The label grew fast with new artists including Jane's Addiction, Bad Manners and more. Mike Q-Ball Houlihan eventually sold his interest in Social Distortion and the label back to Social Distortion, Sony Music / Time Bomb recordings. In the early 90,s Mike Q-Ball  Houlihan also was executive director of Black Market Records in Sacramento to oversee all operations for artist Daz Dillinger, Mozzy, Brotha Lynch Hung, XRaided, C-BO and more and eventually became co owner of the label and still runs Black Market Records in Las Vegas today.
